Refund policy

At LUMEHA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Have all tags and labels attached.
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates and undergarments.
  • Used, washed, or worn products.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues subject to stock availability.

Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been completed.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
