Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified by phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Standard Delivery
- Free Shipping on Orders Above Rs. 4,999
- Orders below Rs. 4,999 are charged a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250
(Adjust these amounts according to your pricing strategy.)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email where available.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery throughout Pakistan.
Customers must ensure:
- Correct contact information is provided.
- Someone is available to receive the order.
- The payment amount is ready upon delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Refusal to accept the parcel
LUMEHA reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the parcel and product.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Political disruptions
- Courier service interruptions
are outside LUMEHA's control.
